 F.A.Q.

What is Fibre optic internet and why should I consider it?

Fibre optic internet is a high-speed internet connection that uses thin strands of glass or plastic to transmit data using light signals. It offers faster speeds, greater bandwidth, and lower latency compared to traditional broadband options. Fibre is ideal for bandwidth-intensive activities like streaming, online gaming, and downloading large files quickly.

Are there any limitations or factors that can affect Fibre optic internet performance?

Fibre optic internet is highly reliable and offers consistent speeds, but there are a few factors that can affect performance. One factor is the distance between your home and the Fibre optic network’s central hub, as longer distances may result in slightly slower speeds. Additionally, the performance of your Wi-Fi router and the number of devices connected to your network can also impact your overall internet experience.

What are some additional benefits of Fibre optic internet?

In addition to high speeds and reliability, Fibre optic internet provides a few extra benefits. It offers lower latency, which means less delay when sending and receiving data, making it ideal for real-time applications like video conferencing and online gaming. Fibre is also future-proof technology, capable of handling increasing data demands as technology continues to advance.

What package do you recommend for streaming?

When it comes to an optimal streaming experience, we highly recommend choosing a 20 Mbps or above speed package. With this package, you can enjoy seamless streaming of your favorite movies, TV shows, and online content without any interruptions or buffering delays.

Can I upgrade/ downgrade my package?

It is possible to upgrade or downgrade the speed of your streaming package. Higher-speed options, may be available for an additional cost.

Are there any limitations with the speed package?

With our service, you can enjoy the benefits of unshaped and uncapped connectivity, providing you with unrestricted access to the full potential of high-speed fibre optic internet. We believe in a policy of no usage limitations or throttling, ensuring that your internet speed remains consistently fast and reliable at all times.
