Please note this form is to be used if the current user is planning to transfer to one location to another in the Eye of Africa Estate. If the current user wishes to transfer over to a new user, the new user will need to fill in a new order form and the current user, a cancellation form.

If there isn't a Fibre connection at the new location, a full setup fee will be charged. If there is a current Fibre connection, a reactivation fee will be applicable. Dependable on whether the router is available or not. The current user package will be transferred to the new location, if the current package is not suitable, the user can either upgrade/downgrade by using the update package form.
